BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is a qualification for individuals wanting to accelerate their careers by expanding on their existing leadership and management capabilities. While there are no formal entry requirements for this qualification, you will need to be employed full-time or part-time and have access to a workplace to be able to gain sufficient experience to successfully complete the unit of competency requirements.
Duration
The BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management may take an individual with limited existing experience in this industry area approximately 12 months to complete, although depending on your experience and/or opportunities in your workplace you may be able to achieve the qualification in 9 to 12 months, or up to 24 months if needed. Part-time study options are also available.
Training will take place online and includes access to an expert Saltera Group trainer as needed. Corporate training is also available.
Assessment Methods
Assessment may include answering questions in your workbooks or online, doing projects and practical tasks, some of which may need to be observed by a person in your workplace, or directly by your assessor, and may also include keeping a log of activities you complete in the workplace that your supervisor can confirm.
